“ The gentleman at the counter was very polite. I got to birria tacos, and I told him to surprise me with a third one, and he gave me an El Pastore, which is actually my favorite kind of taco. The green sauce was unbelievably very good, very citrusy very very very good. It was very nice. I sat down and ate and it was out in like five minutes and he brought it to the table which was awesome. I wish that I got a side of chips and salsa I for sure will next. I also wish that they had the consummate to go with the birria tacos. I dont know if that was an option to add onto it. 1010 would recommend and will be back. ”

I lived for many years in Arizona and I have spent much time in California and Texas if you told me I was in the southwest I would absolutely believe it! The salsas are amazing and delicious, the meats are all fantastic the asada is my favorite, and the service is so friendly. Other reviews mention not liking the music or wanting free chips and salsa... this is a casual taco joint! Ill be back often as Ive missed real Mexican food in BrightonHowell and this place nails it. ”
“ my boyfriend and i came here for a quick dinner. the food was served hot and delicious. one of the guys there was really friendly. he recognized my boyfriends eastern european descent and made very cool conversations with him my boyfriend is technically shy in public and it was rare to see him engaging in conversations with people around haha! i will definitely be back in the future. its definitely a blessing to have these local businesses to support. ”
“ Just stopped into Happy Taco for a photo shoot and owner Santiago and his associates were awesome, friendly, and quick to please. A variety of food was made for the shoot and it all looked delicious. Was able to sample the Pizza Birria and it was pretty good. I also got to take out a Quesadilla Fajita and it was absolutely filled with meat, spicy and very delicious! If youre in Brighton and want to try a different Mexican place, this business is pretty new so give them a shot! ”
